Brainstorm topics to discuss for other group moderators
Hey moderators,
I thought it would be fun to encourage each other with ideas of conversations to start for our groups. They could one off discussions, trends, regular ritual type posts, or whatever creative ideas you may have.
Here are some rosie instructions:

- Leave discussion ideas on someone else's group name comment.
- If you like one of the discussion ideas, go post it as a discussion. 💪

Psychology
I have posted a few times about Interesting Psychological Biases but I don't think people dig them.
How about posting examples of the pyschological biases in action from indie hacker products?
Hmm. I would have to do some research for that. Sure, I will try that!
A hack would be to ask other people what psychological biases came into play in their products. Then you don't have to do the research. :) People love talking about their own stuff.
I may be wrong but I don't think people most of the times know about the psychological biases. However, I can post a thread in the same to validify that fact :)

One thing I've noticed is developers really really love to describe their tech and/or tooling. The dev equivalent of a classic cars meet.
Actionable idea would be a question each week like "how do you implement X?" Where X can be anything low or high level from database connection to sending emails to mailing list widget, etc. etc.
Community Building
Highlight a new community each week, and how they are running it.

Newsletter Crew
Borrowing @csallen's suggestion, I think this works in all groups:
"What's new in newsletters?" A regular post, maybe weekly or bi-weekly, where people can comment to share new things they see newsletter authors doing to get ahead. Could serve as a good place to discover new things, and also a good prompt for newsletter authors to get out there and do some research.
Indie Women
Round tables: a weekly question posted to several indie women, then publish their answers together in a single post.
