Brainstorming Ideas for MVP

Hi, everyone :). Thanks so much for reading my first post here. I've been listening to the Indie Hackers podcast for quite some time and thought to finally join. Thanks, @ValCanBuild, for the invite.

After spending almost 6 months and quitting development on an app designed to help others save time by converting Office files in batches to PDFs, I basically procrastinated and lost motivation to work on another project.

Just trying to find my bearings again by finding a good idea to tackle for my next project--hopefully into a profitable side hustle. Some ideas I came up with.
