Bubble + newsletter.. nightmare?

Hi everyone,

I've build a real estate platform on bubble. www.invercado.com
You can take a look since its really cool and nothing similar to what other people are using no code for.
I launched 2 months ago, and the growth is being very slow so I am looking to create a newsletter + a blog for content to grow a community around the platform.

I want to start a weekly newsletter where I look for investment opportunities on the internet and analyse the deals for the community.

At the moment I am using sendinblue for my transactional emails on the platform.

Should I just post the content/newsletter on the platform and send an email every time there is a new post to the subscribers? Should I use a special software to do this? Anyone has experience growing a newsletter + a platform?

In the end I am looking to build a community for real estate investors + a platform where agents can post deals.

Any ideas on how I could go to build this and what no-code software I could use?
