Bugflow - How developers understand what to fix

Tl:Dr - Collect screenshots, QA reports, Customer Feedback to the tools your team uses, seamlessly using Bugflow

Bugflow Workflow

Over the last 10 years, we've built a huge amount of custom applications through our agency, 521 Dimensions. Collecting screenshots and client feedback was always a pain point. In order to be a two person company, we needed to optimize our workflow and minimize our tools.

That's why we created Bugflow. Bugflow allows you to capture user feedback and route it to the tool of your choice and use two-way sync. Quick summary, Bugflow allows you to:

  • Collect visual user feedback instantly with screenshots and browser settings.
  • Route the feedback to the appropriate platform. QA finds a bug? Send it to Gitlab/Github. Customer reports a bug? Send it to your project manager in ZenDesk, HelpScout, Notion, etc.. Whatever workflow your company uses.
  • Allow for Guest commenting feedback
  • Customize issue templates so your communication is organized and standardized.

By using Bugflow, we have been able to sharpen our tool kit, deliver features faster and more efficiently, and reduce the friction for customer feedback. These improvements have vastly improved our delivery time on reported issues.

I'd love to hear feedback, questions, or any suggestions! We are really fine tuning the process and onboarding, but hope to be opening for private beta soon.
