BugHerd question

Hi hackers,

Quick question - does anyone have experience with using bug reporting tools like BugHerd? What did you find useful about it? Do you find it complementary to your current ticket system (Jira, Trello) or are you using it as a stand alone solution? Is there something that you dislike about it?

I'm asking because I was looking at their proposition and it sound interesting at first glance but I wanted to get some feedback from someone that has used it before.
