Build a Developer Portfolio in 2021

Learn Python + Create a Developer Portfolio

Hello everyone, I quickly want to wish everyone a Happy New Year! I want to share what I will be building in 2021. I am starting a paid newsletter that will help you learn Python programming and create a developer portfolio. One huge trend that has taken place in the past ~2 years is self-taught developers getting successful jobs without a degree or any formal training. Now, I want to help those who want to learn Python programming, create a portfolio and in the end get a job as a developer.

So, who is this for?

1/ Complete newbies that want to learn how to code.
2/ Developers that want to learn Python as a new language
3/ People who want to learn Python to automate tasks

How is this newsletter formatted?

Every Friday of 2021, you will get an email with the following:
1/ Python Tutorial - We will cover basic concepts/fundamentals of Python in a tutorial-based newsletter.
2/ Python Project - Using what we learned in the tutorial, we will create an application that can be used as a portfolio project.
3/ Source code of Project of the Week
4/ Private group (I will be active in the group daily)

Why the projects?

With the self-taught programming niche being more competitive you’ll need to stand out. How? Through building a portfolio. For those who are new to programming, a programming portfolio is a couple of projects that you have personally worked on or completed and will show off to potential employers. Each week, you will have a new portfolio project (that will be 52 total). Some projects will build off of each other, but that will just show you advancement in Python. Building a good portfolio in 2021 will separate yourself from other competition.

Who am I?

I am a full-time developer looking to help others who want to learn how to program. I currently use, SQL, C#, and Python daily and want to help others learn. I chose Python because that will be one of the top programming languages in 2021.

Cost

This entire newsletter is only $15. You will get an email each and every week (Fridays) for only 1 payment of 15$. You will probably get a value of over 2-3k (not to brag, just being dead serious).
Every $1000 I get, I will donate 100$ back to the Barstool Fund that is helping small businesses in the USA.

Still interested? I’m super glad! You can sign up here.
