Build a WhatsApp Web bulk sender for personalized outreach โ€” meet Premium Sender

Hey IH ๐Ÿ‘‹

I'm the founder of Premium Sender (https://premiumsender.net), a WhatsApp Web bulk sender built for personalized outreach โ€” and I wanted to share what I've been building.

The problem

If you've ever tried to send WhatsApp messages to a list of leads, customers, or contacts at scale, you know the pain: WhatsApp Web wasn't built for bulk outreach. You either copy-paste one by one, save hundreds of numbers as contacts just to message them once, or risk your account using sketchy automation tools with zero visibility into what actually got delivered.

What I built

Premium Sender solves this by working directly with WhatsApp Web, letting you:

  • Send personalized messages using templates + CSV lists (so each message can include the recipient's name, order info, etc.)

  • Attach files (images, PDFs, docs) to your campaigns

  • Preview your data before sending โ€” so you catch formatting issues before they go out

  • Message numbers directly, without saving them as contacts first

  • Track delivery status in real time, so you know what sent, what failed, and what's pending

  • Export detailed reports after each campaign for record-keeping or follow-up

The goal was to make WhatsApp outreach feel as simple and structured as email marketing, without losing the personal, high-open-rate nature of WhatsApp.

Who it's for

Small businesses, sales teams, customer support teams, and solo operators who need to reach a list of people on WhatsApp without the manual grind โ€” think appointment reminders, order updates, event invites, or sales follow-ups.

Where I'm at

I'm actively improving the product based on real usage and would love feedback from anyone who's dealt with WhatsApp outreach pain before. If you've got a list of contacts you need to reach, I'd genuinely appreciate you trying it out and telling me what's missing.

Happy to answer any questions about how it works, the tech behind it, or why I decided to build this. Thanks for reading!

This whole product lives or dies on one thing you didn't mention: account survival. WhatsApp actively bans numbers for unsolicited bulk sending, which is the exact reason the official Business API exists and costs what it does. So the feature that matters most isn't templates or delivery reports, it's throttling, warm-up, and keeping the user's number alive. Your highest-intent buyers, sales teams, are also the ones who churn hardest the first time a number gets banned. I'd push hard on the warm-list use case (reminders, order updates, follow-ups to people who already opted in) and away from cold blasting, because that's where the bans come from. Get the "we keep your number safe" story right and that becomes the whole pitch.

interval feature is clutchโ€”that's exactly what I needed. two quick things though: your privacy policy is sitting in a Google Doc, but you have got a website so just host it there instead. Also, the FAQ button is broken(at least for me)

What stood out to me is that the product seems to sit between two very different expectations.

People like email because it's structured.

People like WhatsApp because it often isn't.

The interesting question may not be whether those worlds can be combined.

It may be what gets lost when one starts behaving more like the other.
