Build in public is cool but there is a challenge. It's hard to manage distraction while switching between building and promoting.
Maker and marketer mindsets are two different things.

well what am doing currently is giving updates before making something or surprise post suddenly what i build and all these posting i do it from my phone so it takes a bit and leave it then & there, then try to engage after some hours. Also on daily basis i don't have much time to scroll feeds cos of full time job and but i dedicate a few hours for this for consuming good content over all social media and get ideas, contribution and when i dont have something to post i keep engaging with other people of my field and interest.
