“Build it and they will come” is a lie.

As a solo founder or indie hacker, you’ve probably heard this advice before.
Just build something awesome, and users will magically show up. It doesn’t work like that.

The internet is full of great products no one knows about.

Here’s the truth:
Building is only half the job.
The other half is distribution — getting in front of the right people, at the right time.

You don’t need more features.

• You need visibility.
• You need users.
• You need traction.
