Hey Indie hackers!
At Alloverse, we have been lucky to meet a ton of VR/AR enthusiasts wanting to share with us their feelings about VR, but also their dreams, etc. As we are open source and love brainstorming with people in general, we have decided to launch a Discord platform (moving away from Slack after almost 1 year!).
Since I have been learning a ton about community building and "nurturing", I came up with a model in order to help others, but mainly myself with content in relation to expectations - so click on the picture to see the segmentation.
I think content is so important - AS USUAL - but in communities, even more so if you want to benefit from everyone's creativity :)
Also a link to the article I wrote in relation to that table:

It would be awesome to hear your thoughts about community content - how do you keep your friends thriving ? What model or tool do you use to stay inspired and motivated?
Happy weekend!
exactly!
one of the things that we're doing in the small
yeniversethat we're building is creating those types of places where we can give content away for free.we're using
notionfor now and deliver that content via the YEN.FM newsletter
