I have done some side projects as a solo founder, and it's tiring.
Sometimes, having and small team it's necessary and also good for motivation. Also, I think I'm a good developer, but I know I'm not good selling my products and finding users or customers.
How do you carry it? Do you usually make the products alone or are you looking for a partner / co-founder?
If someone wants to develop something together, or it's good at selling products write a DM on Twitter, for example :)
Hi Victor,
I'm happy to build something with you but we have to use my collaboration software while we work together. I'd like to be part of a team using my software so I can get feedback and spot gaps.
On your question of solo versus small team - its got to be at least two in my opinion. Solo just creates too many opportunities for making mistakes that would be caught by someone else.
Same energy! I'm a good developer but not I'm good selling my products.
I tried to start new products with a partner but didn't work out.
Every body have a great idea, but not everybody try hard enough to make the things done right.
No, not everyone has a great idea. They think they do. Eventually most ideas turn out to be rubbish.
Yeah, I know what you're talking about. It's easy also to start, but some people are not motivated enough or don't want/have time to spend on. It's difficult to find the perfect partner also 😞
teams are fun. communities can work well for solo founders.
