Building 3 products in 6 months: week 1

What has happened?

I selected a main theme. My main theme will be (tada) Hacking Profit πŸš€. It is about making a business more profitable with actionable "profit hacks" structured in a clear and concise method.

I believe this is an important problem to solve, especially for businesses selling digital products, which I want to focus on. Maybe even more important: I am very interested in this topic and confident that I can provide good value, here.

I decided on my first product. My first product will be a Hacking Profit Crash Course. I want to deliver it as an online live seminar with max. 8 participants for personal interactions.

I created the course outline and started with creating the course material. More on this next week.

What went well?

I achieved quite a lot, this week.

What went not so well?

Deciding on a main theme and condensing the idea to a few simple words was much harder than I assumed.

I tossed multiple themes/problems, thought about where I can provide the most value, how I could reach potentially interested audiences and what products I could build. It helped that I had a long weekend with a small vacation at the sea with some distance to the daily business.

What do I want to do next?

I want to complete the course material and setup the course infrastructure.

I hope, I can start taking orders within two to three weeks and start the course end of February or beginning of March. If you want to get notified or maybe even reserve a spot, please send me an email.

Final Note and Questions to You

I am very excited about this and would be happy to get your feedback on my "Hacking Profit" idea:

Do you feel a need for hacking profit in your business or do you focus on other aspects?

What kind of product do you sell and at what stage is your business?

  • Are you starting out?
  • Is your business unprofitable?
  • Did you already reach profitability?

Which profit hacks have you tried or are you planning to try?

All the best. Hope to see you next week.
