Building a community to help each other live zero waste
We are creating an online community for people to share locations, tips and experiences to help each other live zero waste.
We started by trying to live without any single use plastic this year. It's really difficult where I live (Chicago, IL, USA). Almost everything you buy comes wrapped in plastic. We created a map of places you can buy bulk food using your own container.
Looking for any and all feedback while we build in public. 😀♻️🌎

I live in the Chicago burbs, Lake Forest, same goes here of course. Don't get me started on the topic of ordering everything from Amazon and the ultra wasteful use of packaging. This is a huge problem to solve!

Yes. Haven't figured out a way to monetize so it's taken back burner for now.
Interested in discussing ways to monetize it? I have been in the trading business of plastic recycled material for 3 years now.
I also have a few ideas that I can share with you and discuss how to work around those.
