Current VC here. I have an idea I’m building out currently in Webflow and I need some help from anyone experienced in graphic design for our content guides (think Airbnb’s old experience card designs) or someone experienced with Webflow and setting up memberships/hooking memberstack up to Mailchimp so we can constantly update our tags based on member behavior. This would be a cofounder role and we currently have access to $500k in funding if we can hit certain milestones.

I guess this is where you start diving into the beautiful world of software development :)
Memberstack doesn't offer any out-of-the-box solution for Mailchimp integration.
BUT! Fortunately, they do offer webhooks (https://help.memberstack.io/post/webhooks) that you can use.
You could hook up their webhooks with Zapier (https://zapier.com/page/webhooks/) and create one or more ZAPs that would get you the result you need.
You could also try to find some other alternative for webhook processing/Mailchimp API handling.
As a last resort, a custom integration can be built.
