Building A Curated DailyDigest of Web DevelopmentNews from Multiple Sources

Hey IndieHackers! 👋

I'm excited to share webarc.day, a project I've been working on that solves a common problem: keeping up with web development news across multiple sources.

The Problem:
As developers, we're constantly trying to stay updated with the latest in web development, but it's overwhelming to:

Check multiple sources daily (Reddit, Dev.to, HackerNews, etc.)
Filter through irrelevant content
Find high-quality, actionable information
Track what we've already read
The Solution:
webarc.day aggregates and curates web development content from multiple sources into a clean, daily digest. Here's what makes it special:

Key Features:
📰 Daily aggregation from Reddit, Dev.to, and HackerNews
🏷️ Smart categorization of content
🎯 Clean, focused interface
📱 Responsive design
⚡ Fast loading with infinite scroll
🔍 Easy filtering by categories

Tech Stack:
Next.js 15 with App Router
MongoDB for data storage
Google Analytics for metrics
Tailwind CSS for styling
Server-side rendering for performance

Why I Built This:
I was tired of jumping between different platforms to stay updated. I wanted a single, clean interface that would give me the most relevant web development news without the noise.

Current Status:
The project is live at https://www.webarc.day/ and actively being used. I'm focusing on improving the content aggregation and adding more features based on user feedback.

Would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! What features would you find most useful in a web development news aggregator?

Looks interesting. I'd also like to be able to post news and comment on posts to discuss them. I think this could help you turn the aggregator into a community platform. Anyway, great work, keep it up.
