Building a eCommerce/Blog SaaS.Is there room for new players?

Hello everyone,
I am building eCommerce site builder like Shopify.I plan to add blogging capabilites at a later date.I have been building it non-stop for 20 days now and i am at around 40% completion(shipping calculation took me 6 days!)I love the idea of it since my mother sells online on various marketplaces and has her own eCommerce website with WP an WooCommerce and i have been part of it for 6 years. However i am afraid that it will be difficult to get users since i won't be providing anything better than the competitors do since they've been around for longer. The only thing i can do is charge less than them.Or find a killer feature to add to differentiate my platform.I do think it will be easier to get a local audience first(Country for e.g).I have seen new players on France for example that only targeted the French and slowly added other countries.
Any advice or any ideas for a feature that is missing from other platforms?
Best Regards
Alex

Some more info:
Users will be able to choose a prebuild template for their shop.Thinking of adding marketplace for themes later as extra source of income and also less work for me,since designing websites is not my strong suit.
Pricing scheme will be monthly subscription and a percentage per transaction.

Github was a big success like there were no scope for an alternative when gitlab started. But they provided value and differentiated themselves as opensource self hostable git platform. If you can provide value and differentiate there is always a market.
