Hey everyone 👋
I’m currently building a niche platform focused on Christian matrimony: https://www.heartsnlove.com/
The idea came from a simple observation. While dating apps have grown massively, they are not really designed for people who are serious about marriage, especially in faith-based communities. Most platforms focus on engagement, not outcomes.
In communities like Kerala Christians, marriage is not just about two individuals. It involves shared beliefs, family values, and cultural understanding. But finding someone who aligns with all of this has become harder, especially for people living outside India.
That’s where this platform comes in.
Instead of being another generic matchmaking site, the focus is on:
• People who are clear about marriage
• Shared faith and long-term compatibility
• A smaller, more relevant community
• A safer and more intentional experience
The goal is not to give users hundreds of matches, but to help them find the right one.
Right now, I’m in the early stages and trying to understand what really matters to users:
• What builds trust in a matrimony platform?
• How important is verification vs ease of signup?
• What makes someone actually take the next step beyond matching?
If you’ve ever used a matrimony or dating platform, I’d really value your perspective.
Would you trust a niche platform like this?
What would make you sign up or recommend it to someone?
Thanks for reading 🙏
