Building a freelance marketplace need Feedback!

I am looking to build a freelance marketplace. I am looking to build a 0% commission marketplace that also offers either 10% free or a flat fee monthly membership plan.

I am writing this to reach out to freelancers, who might have ideas on how i would improve this idea.

any suggestions are welcome, as it will help me build a better marketplace. I do not want to create just another cheaper alternative to what is already out there.

Thanks,
