WordPress is a great CMS that allows you to create a site quickly and easily. It's the most popular CMS (circa 65% market share). However, if you utilise accounts for customers then you'll see that customers are forced to login to the WordPress backend. Although they have limited access, the backend will look disjointed from the rest of your website, and the branding will clearly be that of WordPress. There are ways of circumventing this with plugins, but that adds dependencies on third parties which brings about their own issues (security implications, or when a company decides to no longer support it, which happens more often than you may like).
