Building a fun and energetic co-founding team to work in paradise.

Let's do something a bit different in 2020! IndieHackers could be the place to find great people to join me, so let's see how this goes.

My goal for 2020 will be to bring together a lean, hungry, and dynamic team to create a product and business that will be a game-changer for restaurants across the globe. Right now, the process of ordering and paying for food sucks. We can do be better!

I'm putting up the funding to bring together 3 or 4 innovative co-founders to work directly together in Bali, Indonesia from early 2020. We'll rent out a large, beautiful villa (maybe even with a pool 😉) and will get access to the local co-working space to mingle with all the digital nomads. It will be unpaid until revenue or further funding comes in, but all of the team will of course receive a fair chunk of equity and the cost of accommodation covered. Other costs on Bali are extremely low which is one of the major benefits of being there.

To give you a bit of background on myself; i'm a serial entrepreneur, and have run a number of companies over the past 8 years. My expertise is extremely broad as I am a big believer in the power of cross-functional knowledge, but in the past 3 years I have had a major focus on marketing and business growth. I have managed teams of up to 7 and am hyper-focussed on using everything I have learnt to do something magical in 2020. I am a life-long learner and am genuinely excited to learn whatever I can from the team we build.

We'll need great people highly-skilled in iOS, Android development and full-stack web development but possibly more importantly people who are candid, innovative, open, reliable, flexible and most of all fun 😜.
