Building a Headless Connector Inspired by a Frustration I Kept Running Into

Over the past year, I’ve spent a lot of time working with website platforms, custom frontends, and modern development tools.

One thing kept frustrating me.

Building websites is easier than ever.

AI can generate code.

No-code tools can launch websites.

Modern frameworks make development faster.

But once you want the flexibility of a custom frontend while still relying on platforms like Wix, Shopify, or Webflow for content, ecommerce, and business operations, things become much more complicated.

Multiple dashboards.

Multiple integrations.

Synchronization issues.

Operational overhead.

I found myself spending more time managing systems than building products.

That frustration led me to build a Headless Connector designed to bridge modern custom frontends with the platforms businesses already use.

The goal is simple:

Give developers, agencies, and businesses the freedom of custom frontends without the complexity that usually comes with them.

The product is already live and I’m currently gathering feedback, improving the experience, and learning from early users.

I’d love to hear from others building with headless issues , custom frontends, or AI-assisted workflows.

What’s been your biggest challenge so far?

One thing I'd be curious about is whether users are actually buying freedom or buying simplicity.

Those can push a product in opposite directions.

The teams asking for maximum flexibility are often willing to tolerate complexity, while the teams feeling the pain most intensely may just want fewer decisions to make. Figuring out which group is creating the strongest signal can change the whole direction of the product.

        Happy to.

What's the best email to reach you on? I think it'll be easier to explain the thought properly there.
