Building a longitudinal health record from fragmented medical data

Hey everyone 👋

I’m Akash, founder of Aether.

I started working on this after my mom’s cancer went undiagnosed until very late, despite years of lab reports and scans. All the data existed, but it was scattered across labs, hospitals, and PDFs, and no one ever looked at it together over time. I found myself manually copying values into spreadsheets just to see if anything stood out.

That experience made the problem clear: healthcare treats every visit as isolated, even though health is cumulative.

Aether lets patients upload reports, prescriptions, and scans from any source and organizes them into a single, time-ordered health history. For doctors and clinics, it works as a lightweight record system focused on reviewing history and trends rather than billing or complex hospital workflows.

We’re live today with ~25k patients and a few hospitals. I’m sharing this here to get builder feedback:
– What feels unclear at first glance?
– What would you want to understand in the first few minutes?
– Where does this fall short of what you’d expect?

Happy to answer questions and learn from the community.
