Building a Marketplace Business – Veteran advice welcome

Hi all, building a marketplace platform that connects domestic workers with families seeking their services in LatAm. Looking to incentivize both sides of the marketplace by automatically providing health insurance to the domestic worker, theft insurance for the household, and a legal contract for both parties. I'm currently populating the domestic worker side of the marketplace, primarily via Facebook Groups. For anyone who speaks Spanish, here is the current website (testing concept with Google Sites): https://ciiirculo.com

A successful interaction on the platform looks like this:

A family looking to hire a housekeeper/cleaner comes to the website after having poor experiences with other domestic workers. They search through the domestic workers in their city, chat with them about rates and experience, and even contact the domestic worker's circle (hence the name Ciiirculo) of references to ask about their first-hand experience with the domestic worker.

Once they find their match, they click HIRE. A legal digital contract is automatically generated and sent to both parties. A physical mail is sent to their home which contains their homeowner's theft insurance and a health insurance card/packet they will give to the domestic worker when she arrives. The insurance policies last 12 months, after which they can be canceled, renewed, or increased. Does anyone who's run a marketplace business before see anything wrong with the user experience?

The domestic workers on the site are "vetted" by having a minimum of 3 references from other families/households where they've worked.
