Building a media network

I wonder if anyone has any experience with media companies.

I started a music media outlet in a very niche genre last year in June. It has grown quite a bit. The goal is to expand to other niche genres and become a big player in the music area this year, and then branch out to other media/entertainment forms with the same strategy to become a huge entertainment media network.

I am lacking a lot of experience and I’m basically learning on the go. It would be great to chat with anyone who has more experience than me.
