Building a Menu-Focused Resource Site Around a Popular Filipino Restaurant

As part of a recent niche project experiment, I built a simple website that highlights the full menu of Amber Golden Chain of Restaurants, a well-known food chain in the Philippines famous for its party platters, traditional dishes, and local favorites like pancit, puto, and barbecue.

While Amber is widely loved, I noticed that information about their menu online was often scattered, outdated, or not very user-friendly—especially for people planning large gatherings or family events.

So I created a centralized, updated menu site that presents their full offerings clearly and cleanly. The site includes categories like party trays, rice meals, snacks, and desserts—along with useful info for first-time customers.

You can check it out here: https://ambersmenu.com.ph/

It’s a lightweight, content-driven site, and a great case study for using SEO to drive local traffic with high intent. If anyone’s interested in the backend, marketing, or monetization ideas behind this project, happy to share more details.
