Building a Modern Link-in-Bio Platform with Next.js 15

Hey Indie Hackers! đź‘‹

I'm excited to share biohub.fyi, a modern link-in-bio platform that I've been building. After using various link-in-bio services and finding them either too complex or too basic, I decided to create something that strikes the perfect balance.

What makes biohub.fyi different?

🎯 User Experience First

  • Beautiful, responsive profiles that work perfectly on all devices
  • Intuitive interface for managing links
  • Smooth animations and transitions that make the platform feel premium

🛠️ Technical Stack

  • Next.js 15 with App Router
  • Tailwind CSS v4
  • Supabase for backend and authentication

✨ Key Features

  • Custom profile URLs (yourname.biohub.fyi)
  • Beautiful link cards with emoji support
  • SEO optimized for better discoverability

The platform is now live at https://biohub.fyi

I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback! What features would you like to see? What could be improved?

Congrats on the launch, Kenny! Super clean UI. Curious—are you currently handling everything solo, or do you have a team behind this?

Thank you so much! I'm currently handling everything solo 🙂

Wow, that’s really impressive Kenny, handling all of this solo!
BioHub looks super polished. If you ever need help managing some of the behind-the-scenes stuff (admin tasks, outreach, organizing feedback, etc), I’d love to support you!
I’m a Virtual Assistant with a background in healthcare admin, and I enjoy working with solo founders and creatives. Just putting it out there in case it ever becomes helpful! Rooting for you and BioHub!

It looks very neat and modern. It's nice that the emphasis is on convenience - the interface is really intuitive, without unnecessary overload, and smooth animations add a sense of quality. It's especially cool that there is support for emoji in cards and custom URLs - a small thing, but nice. I wonder if there are plans for integration with analytics (for example, tracking clicks on links)? And will it be possible to add custom styles or themes? Overall, the project looks very promising, especially for freelancers and creators.

Thanks a lot for your thorough review. Analytics and custom domains are the 2 things that I plan on implementing in the upcoming future. Aside from that I have had a few request to make it more customizable with custom themes as you mentioned. So that is definitely something I'll be looking into 👍
