Building a physical x tech product is 10x harder than shipping code.

I've spent years in the tech industry where everything is digital and high-stakes. Transitioning to a physical Micro-SaaS (ClubFound.io) has been a wake-up call.

Currently waiting on my first batch of physical samples to arrive so I can start 'torture testing' them in the mud and rain. The code is 90% done, but the adhesive is the real MVP.

Any other makers here working on physical + digital hybrids? Would love to swap notes on distribution.
