Building a real estate platform for my first client he loved the first site so much he came back for more

A few months ago I started building Finlead — a lead generation platform for Christopher, an independent mortgage broker in France (ORIAS n°25010192).

The idea is simple : people looking for a mortgage or wanting to switch their borrower insurance land on the site, fill a 4-step qualification form, and Christopher gets notified instantly. When a deal closes, commission flows automatically.

What's in it :

4-step qualification form (mortgage credit + borrower insurance delegation)
Lead stored in DB + instant email notification to the broker
Confirmation email to the prospect
Christopher's dashboard — view leads, mark deals as finalized
Admin dashboard — track conversions and commissions
SEO foundations — sitemap, robots, JSON-LD schema, OpenGraph
Tech stack : Next.js · Drizzle ORM · Neon · Better Auth · Resend · Stripe Connect · Vercel

Business model : visitor → form → lead → broker closes deal → commission to Leture

Happy to answer questions on the stack or the build process 🫱

This looks slick! There's a lot of room to improve UX in this space and I'm into it. Love the UI of your platform..let me guess, used Claude's help? ;)

I'm building my own site in the real estate space as well. A better accounting and tracking platform for real estate investors / landlords like myself.

Haha you got me, Claude helped a lot on the UI side — but the stack decisions and product logic were mine 😄

Also small plot twist : I just realized I posted about the wrong project lol. I'm building two things at once and accidentally shared the one that's supposed to stay under wraps for now. Just updated the post — Finlead is the one I meant to share publicly!

Your project sounds interesting btw — accounting and tracking for landlords is a real pain point. Would love to see what you're building!
