Building a SaaS for the "Boring" Real World: Snooker Club Management 🎱

Hey everyone! I’m currently building Cuedesk, a management system specifically for snooker and billiard clubs.

I noticed that while most industries have gone digital, many cue sport centers are still stuck with manual timers, paper logbooks, and messy spreadsheets. I’m changing that by centralizing table management, memberships, and multi-location retail into one dashboard.

The challenge: Balancing the simplicity needed for staff on the floor with the deep analytics needed by owners.
