Building a SaaS, sales engagement. Looking for Indian technical co-founder , full stack developer

After running an agency to help startup get’s sales meeting with C level executives for more than 3 years, we have used literally every other sales platform out there in the market and realised that we really have a huge opportunity here. Me and partner carry good experience in sales and SaaS industry and we have been working on this for quite some time and we are done with our initial market research, and customer validation, wireframes & mockups and looking for a tech cofounder to join us as CTO of the company on fair equity split and help us to build the product

Here’s what we are looking for:-

1.A full stack developer, with good sense of understanding about product evangelisation.

2.Great understanding of UI/UX and preferably frontend frameworks like reactjs or vuejs

3. Capability to build scalable systems and very good backend skills, Nodejs works but looking to implement a microservice architecture so preferably GO.

4.Hands on experience with postgresql or sql databases.

5.Good understanding of playing with APIS, AI/ML models and python.

Due to some restrictions looking for someone from India, but open to others if fit.

Everything mentioned is just what we have been recommended and suggested and we are inclined as non-tech founders, we are flexible enough to change things according to the preferences of the tech guy.
