Building a tool to help SaaS founders capture more 5-star reviews

As a marketing agency founder, I spoke with several SaaS founders who were not ready to capture public reviews because they felt their product was not ready. It hadn't quite reached product-market fit.

I decided to conceptualize a product that would let any SaaS owner capture reviews on sites like TrustPilot, Capterra, and G2 without worrying about negative feedback popping up publicly. It would rout the negative feedback internally while surfacing the 5-star reviews publicly.

One year later, the TrustLoop MVP is built. We have many more things planned for it, but it now lets SaaS owners add a widget to their customer dashboard to capture feedback. It routs the constructive feedback internally, and the glowing review to the third party website of their choice.

I'd love to chat with you if you are a SaaS founder, so please reach out or comment here if you are down!
