Building a Windows tool that turns one product-photo folder into Amazon/Etsy/Shopify/eBay-ready images — looking for seller feedback

I'm building an offline Windows desktop app for small ecommerce sellers (publisher: SkuNest).
Problem I'm targeting: you shoot (or receive) a batch of product photos, then spend time resizing/compressing/renaming them separately for Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and eBay — often across multiple tools.
What the Free MVP does in one pass:
- resize / crop-or-pad
- compress to size limits
- SKU-style rename
- optional text or logo watermark
- export separate folders per marketplace
- never modify the original files
- Free limit: 10 images per batch
What it is NOT (v1): AI generation, background removal, cloud sync, or direct store upload.

The buyer is paying for channel-ready consistency, not image generation. I would support one seller workflow first, preserve product accuracy, show marketplace-specific requirements, and compare time-to-listing and rejected assets against the current manual process.
The biggest question isn't whether people want unlimited generative designs—it's whether they're buying creative control or finished creative outcomes. I'd keep validating whether users value the ability to explore an infinite design space, or whether they ultimately just want a handful of production-ready assets with minimal effort.

To clarify what I’m building: it’s not generative design / infinite creative exploration. It’s the boring offline pack step after you already have product photos — resize/pad, compress, SKU rename, optional watermark, export folders per marketplace. More “production-ready assets with minimal effort” than “creative control of an infinite design space.”
That’s why Free is capped at 10/batch and v1 explicitly skips AI/cutout/upload. Curious from your angle: do you see sellers struggling more with that pack/export step, or is the real pain still getting the photos themselves?

The distinction between creating assets and preparing assets for distribution is exactly where the interesting question sits, but I don't think I'd do it justice by guessing in a public thread.
I'd rather understand the workflow you're targeting in more detail.
