Building A2Z Edit 🚀

I’m building A2Z Edit, a collection of simple tools for everyday file work—images, PDFs, OCR, QR codes, links, and more.

The idea is simple: one place for useful tools without unnecessary complexity.

Just getting started, and I’m excited to see where this goes.

The broad toolkit is easy to understand, but the real challenge will be giving people a reason to choose A2Z Edit over the many single-purpose tools already available. A strong wedge around one recurring file workflow could make the larger collection more compelling.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! That’s a really good point. I’ve been focused more on building out the toolkit, but I agree that the bigger challenge is giving people a clear reason to choose A2Z Edit. The idea of using a recurring file workflow as the wedge makes a lot of sense. I’m going to look more closely at the workflows people repeatedly have to go through on mobile and see if I can build A2Z Edit around one of those rather than just being “another collection of tools.”

That makes sense. The recurring workflow should be the clearest way to discover whether A2Z Edit can become more than a general toolkit.
