Hey everyone! I am launching the waitlist for Dunniz, an AI powered payment recovery system built specifically for creators and indie hackers.
I know how frustrating it is to lose revenue to failed Stripe payments, but building a robust recovery system from scratch takes too much time. I want to change that by offering a success fee model. You only pay a small percentage of the money we actually recover for you, meaning zero upfront costs and zero risk.
The product is currently in development and I want to build it alongside the community. What features are a must have for you when it comes to recovering failed payments? Check out the landing page and let me know your thoughts!
The success-fee model makes a lot of sense here. If you're directly tied to recovered revenue, your incentives stay aligned with your customers'. That's a much easier pitch than asking people to pay upfront for a problem they hope never happens.
Appreciate the feedback! You hit the nail on the head. Alignment is everything when you're handling someone else's revenue.
Since we are building this out, I'd love to know: what feature would make this a no-brainer for you? Automated, personalized email dunning based on the failure reason, or smart retries based on user data? What’s your take?
I do have a view on that, but I actually think the more interesting question sits one level underneath the feature itself.
I don't think I can do it justice in a thread without oversimplifying it.
Happy to explain what I mean if it's useful. What's the best email to reach you on?
