Building an AI Micro SaaS in 24 hours

I've been following the AI hype for a while now but I didn't want to be one of those people that jumps in the trend just to build another chat with PDF or voice note to text tool.

Over the holidays I finally had an idea for a micro SaaS.
You support chat has so much knowledge hidden inside, people have built chatbots to avoid using humans. BUT there's one big drawback to this technique. The content is not stuck inside the chatbot, Google has no idea about it.

The things people ask your support are perfect longtail keywords for the big G (google). So... why not convert your existing support conversations into FAQs for your website. Killing two birds with one stone:

  • Get more visitors to your site with improved SEO
  • Reduce support because the answers are on your site already, no need to start a support chat.

Building it in 24 hours

I wrote the 3 scripts I'd need in 24 hours over the holidays.

  1. Pull all your support conversations
  2. Convert the conversations to a nice format for ChatGPT
  3. Send prompt to ChatGPT with a file of support conversations.
  4. Profit, get FAQs for your website.

Here's the waitlist if anyone is interested (supporting Crisp chat for the moment).

I'd love to hear which tool you use for customer support so I can add it in the future
