Building an alternative to (manual) user feedback analysis. It's 10x faster and it's a Dolphin 🐬

Hi IH community! Excited to share our new tool, getdolphin.ai to help product teams make sense of customer feedback. Think of it as a Product Insights Copilot 🐬.

The idea is simple: Dolphin is an AI-powered tool that compiles, deciphers, and makes sense of customer feedback from a myriad of channels. Our aim is to replace the chore of manually sorting data, reveal hidden patterns, and provide valuable insights that drive product decisions.

One of the key problems we've noticed is how complex and time-consuming it can be to analyse qualitative data, and how valuable feedback often gets lost or duplicated in the process. Quantitative data shows us what users do, but to understand why they do it, and their emotions and motivations, we need qualitative insights. That's where Dolphin comes in.

I'd love to invite the Indie Hackers community to join our waitlist and help us shape this tool into a must-have for product teams!

If you're a product manager, or you know someone who might find this useful, please share the link. I can't wait to hear from you and get your feedback 🐬
