Building an always small, high trust federated community for tech entrepreneurs.

Hi guys, I have been a huge believer in smaller, more social communities. All large social media is extremely centralised (privacy is at stake) and more importantly, large social media is not social anymore. It's just one giant distribution channel for marketers and influencers.

I aim at solving this by creating a smaller, more interactive social community that values social interactions, and not parasocial interactions. I wanted such a community for tech founders and entrepreneurs. Here it is: https://techstartups.space

What is in it for you:

A small, regulated set of active participants over time. The signs ups right now are on an approval-only basis. Here is my profile

I collect no data, I have no business model. I just want to create a great social space.

This instance is "federated", which means making an account here allows you to connect with millions of other users on the fediverse.

I shall personally make sure that the interactions on the platform are meaningful for everyone, so real connections are formed.

In a similar vein, I have created a federated bookclub too, which you can sign up for separately (though both my platforms federate) https://bookclub.techstartups.space

I am a huge startup enthusiast and a believer in the decentralisation of the internet. I invite you all to the platform.
