I’ve been building an ambient AI companion called LuxHalo focused on calmness instead of engagement.
Most AI products feel optimized for productivity, retention, or constant interaction. I wanted to explore the opposite: AI designed around atmosphere, pacing, emotional tone, and intentional interaction.
LuxHalo uses six distinct “atmospheres” that change conversational behavior itself — rhythm, pacing, tone, and structure — rather than acting like cosmetic themes.
The goal is to create a relationship with technology that feels quieter, calmer, and less extractive.
Current stack:
• GPT-5 Mini for the free tier
• GPT-5 for premium memory/voice experiences
• Whisper for transcription
• ElevenLabs for voice
• lightweight PWA architecture
I’m especially interested in:
