Building API Meter — a visual alternative to Postman for API workflows

I’m building API Meter, a developer-first API testing and orchestration platform.

After spending years using tools like Postman, I kept running into the same issues:

• Chaining requests requires scripts

• Variables are hard to track across flows

What I’m building instead:

• Visual, node-based API workflows (no scripts for basic logic)

• Smart variable scoping with autocomplete across requests

• A faster, lighter tool focused on real-world API flows

I’m currently preparing for a private beta and would love feedback from folks who live in API land.
