Building Botcadence: AI agents for sales, support, and customer engagement

We’re building Botcadence, an AI customer engagement platform that helps businesses automate conversations across WhatsApp Business, website chat, and voice.

The idea is simple: businesses receive leads and customer queries 24/7, but teams can't respond to every message or call instantly.

Botcadence lets businesses deploy AI agents that can:

• Capture and qualify leads
• Answer customer questions
• Follow up with prospects
• Handle inbound & outbound calls
• Automate WhatsApp conversations
• Book appointments
• Run calling campaigns
• Transfer conversations to humans when needed

We're particularly focused on use cases across D2C/e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, financial services, education, SaaS, and professional services.

We're bootstrapping Botcadence and currently working on improving the product, distribution, and customer acquisition.
