Building California Winery SaaS Product, looking for Sales/Marketing CoFounder

California is launching a Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirement Program for Wineries (https://www.waterboards.ca.gov/water_issues/programs/waste_discharge_requirements/winery_order.html). I'm looking to provide a SaaS service for wineries to easily navigate their new requirements. The state will start requiring wineries to sample and monitor water throughout the wine making process.

I am 90% through the MVP on the technical side, but I'm looking for a CoFounder who has skills on the sales and marketing side that would like to team up! The new order will go into affect sometime this year and my goal is to have this product 100% ready to launch to wineries as soon as the order goes into affect (date still being set by the state).

2,070 Wineries in California will be affected by this Order. Unfortunately that is the TAM, but there is still an opportunity to carve out a niche and make a pretty solid MRR.
