I’m building Cloudiqo to help businesses with the technology and digital growth challenges they face as they scale.
We’re starting with services like ERP systems, web development, automation, SEO, marketing, branding, and AI solutions. But the bigger vision is to use what we learn from real clients to build repeatable software and products around their problems.
Right now, the focus is simple: get clients, understand their biggest pain points, deliver great solutions, and figure out what can eventually become a scalable product.
Would love to connect with other founders building agencies, SaaS products, or service businesses and hear what worked for you when getting your first clients.
The interesting part seems to be the gap between solving a client problem repeatedly and knowing which problems are actually worth turning into a product.
How are you thinking about deciding what makes that jump?
