I’m building DocumindAI because I kept seeing the same problem: people do not just need “summaries” of documents. They need to know what matters, what is risky, what they owe, what deadlines exist, and where the answer came from.
DocumindAI is an AI document analysis tool for contracts, PDFs, leases, reports, and policies. You upload a document and get a structured analysis: executive summary, risks, obligations, key dates, important clauses, and follow-up Q&A with source-backed answers.
The main design goal is trust. If the AI says something important, the user should be able to verify it against the source document. This is especially important for contracts and business documents where a vague answer is not enough.
Right now I’m focused on:
Making the first analysis useful within minutes
Improving source-backed Q&A
Supporting more document types and larger files
Learning which workflows people care about most: contracts, leases, vendor agreements, policy docs, or reports
I’m not trying to position this as a replacement for legal or professional advice. The goal is to remove the first-pass busywork so people can get to the important parts faster.
I’d love feedback from other founders and operators:
What kinds of documents slow you down the most in your business? Contracts, reports, policies, invoices, investor docs, something else?
