Building EzyClinic — Simplifying Clinic Software for Real Workflows

Hi Indie Hackers

I’m currently building EzyClinic, a simple clinic management SaaS focused on helping small and mid-sized clinics manage patient records, follow-ups, and booking enquiries without complicated hospital software.

The idea came after observing how many clinics still depend on paper registers or tools that don’t match their actual daily workflow. Most solutions are either too complex, too expensive, or designed mainly for large hospitals.

One key decision while building EzyClinic was to treat online bookings as enquiries instead of guaranteed appointment slots. This reflects real clinic operations and helps maintain trust between clinics and patients.

The product is still early stage, and I’m actively improving it based on real clinic feedback.

Would love to hear from fellow builders:
• How do you approach distribution for niche B2B SaaS?
• Any suggestions on reaching offline-first industries?

If you’re curious, you can check it here:

Happy to share learnings and progress as I continue building
