Building Faceless Reels around continuity, not one-shot generation

Faceless Reels started from a simple frustration: generating a good clip is not the same as producing a coherent short-form video. The recurring failure mode was continuity. A hook, script, scene plan, captions, reference images, and generated clips lived in separate places, so one weak scene often meant redoing too much work. I am building the product as a scene-based workflow: plan the story, keep references attached to the right scenes, generate clips, and retry only the part that failed. That keeps iteration cheaper and makes the result easier to control. The current focus is reliability—clearer model defaults, per-scene regeneration, and better continuity checks.
