Building FlowAI — a no-code onboarding tool to help teams guide users better

For the last few months, I’ve been working on FlowAI, an onboarding guidance tool for SaaS and platform teams.

The idea came from seeing how much time teams spend coding product tours, walkthroughs, and “how-to” flows just to help users understand their product. So I decided to automate it.

FlowAI lets you record user flows through a Chrome extension, trigger them contextually, and manage everything from a dashboard — all without code.

Right now, I’m looking for 10 product teams willing to beta test it and share feedback. The infrastructure is fully deployed (EU & US), and I’m focused on refining the UX based on real-world input.
