Shruta Satam is a Sydney-based entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Pustakh. After more than 18 years in global risk management, holding leadership roles at organizations such as Deloitte and PwC across the US and Australia, she chose to step away from corporate life to build something more aligned with her inner values.

Despite academic success and a thriving career, Shruta felt a persistent sense of misalignment. This led her into metaphysical studies and noetic sciences—disciplines exploring how inner identity shapes external reality. Through this introspective work, the idea for Pustakh emerged organically.

Pustakh, named after the Sanskrit word for “books,” transforms powerful self-help literature into 15-minute summaries paired with clear, actionable steps. The platform bridges the gap between reading and real change, guided by a philosophy of less noise and more wisdom. Today, it hosts over 700 curated summaries across 15 life streams, from mindset and wellness to wealth and personal growth.

Built alongside co-founder Aditya Shah, who leads technology and product, Pustakh blends strategic leadership with intuitive decision-making. The company operates on a subscription model and continues to grow through authenticity, alignment, and a mission to raise collective consciousness through books.
