Hey Hi community.
I am helping a founder named Venkat Nookala build Humerly. It is email deliverability infrastructure for cold email teams and agencies.
Quick context on why this exists:
Gmail tightened its enforcement in November 2025. Microsoft followed in May. Yahoo in April. Most warmup tools stopped working overnight because the providers started downweighting bot patterns.
Venkat had been running a real-human inbox network for over five years before any of this happened. He built it for his own products, not as a startup. Then the market shifted and what he had became the most valuable thing in deliverability.
Humerly opens that network up. One hundred and twenty thousand real inboxes. Fifty thousand active daily. Self-hosted infrastructure. Different from anything on the market.
We are not in full launch mode yet. Currently focused on product depth and building the right brand presence before opening it up to broader partners.
If anyone here runs cold email or marketing email and has thoughts on what is broken in 2026, would love to hear them in the comments. Venkat will jump in too.
