I’ve noticed that most of my “unproductive” time isn’t from doing hard work — it’s from jumping between tools: email, chat, docs, calendar, tasks, meetings…
I ended up building a small internal tool to bring everything into one place, just to see if it reduced the mental load.
It’s still early, but I’m opening it up to a few people who care about productivity and focus to get feedback.
If you’ve ever felt tool fatigue, I’d love your thoughts.

Would genuinely love to hear how others handle this problem.
Tool overload usually isn’t the core issue — it’s unclear which outcome each tool is responsible for. When ownership is fuzzy, switching feels constant.
Curious — what’s the one workflow that’s causing the most context switching right now, and what outcome are you trying to protect there?
