Local businesses lose patients after hours. Someone lands on the site, can’t get answers or book, and leaves. I’m building AI Orchestrator to fix that: an AI chatbot trained on their website that answers FAQs and books real Google Calendar appointments.
Right now I’m not waiting for SEO or ads. I’m doing cold outreach to dental clinics in the US:
Import leads from Google Maps
Generate a personalized demo on their site (/demo/[token])
Email them the link
Follow up after 3 days, then again after 7
Early numbers (clean sends since mid-July): ~80 emails, ~10% demo click rate, 2 hard bounces (filtered), 0 paying customers yet. That last part hurts, but the click rate tells me the hook works. Closing is the next bottleneck.
Stack is simple: Zoho SMTP for send, Firecrawl for site scrape, Stripe at $29 / $59, solo founder.
Goal: 5 paying customers. Then iterate.
If you’ve closed cold email → demo → paid SaaS for local businesses, what actually moved the needle after the first click? Happy to share more numbers as I go.
